Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and prepared in our studio.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries within Europe.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of your order.

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier and are therefore estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theneut.berlin@gmail.com and include photographs of the package and the damaged item.

If your parcel appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
