Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that each ceramic piece is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, glaze, colour, texture, and dimensions are natural characteristics of the making process and are not considered defects.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theneut.berlin@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can assist you promptly.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
